Hi, I’m Sharyn. I’ve spent 20 years in the Australian lending industry, and somewhere along the way people started calling me “the Mortgage Maven.”

I’ve worked both sides of the desk: processing loans since 2015 and broking since 2016. I hold a Diploma of Mortgage Finance, and in 2023 I was a Queensland finalist in the Bankwest Customer Service Awards. But the thing I’m proudest of is simpler than any of that. I know what makes a loan processor genuinely good at the job, and how much a great one is worth to a busy broker.
