Privacy Policy

Your data is your data. We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry, keep you on the waitlist if you asked to be, and run this website. We never sell your information, and we never share it with advertisers or third parties for their own marketing. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of anonymous usage data.
- When you contact us. If you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, your message, and (optionally) your company and phone number, so we can reply. These messages go to our support inbox.
- When you join the waitlist. We collect your name and email address. We use a confirmed (double opt-in) sign-up, so you receive one email to confirm before you are added. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
- Anonymous usage data. We use a first-party, cookieless analytics beacon to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. We may record a coarse country (from your network), never your precise location or IP address.
- Bot protection. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-respecting check that confirms you are a real person. It is used to stop spam and abuse, not to advertise to you.
- Server logs. Like all websites, our hosting keeps standard technical logs (such as request times and error records) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and provide support.
- To let you know when the course opens, if you joined the waitlist.
- To keep the website secure, reliable, and improving.
- To meet our legal obligations.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. Ever.
Where our infrastructure lives
Become a Loan Processor runs on the QANT platform, which provides the hosting and technical infrastructure behind this site. The technical side - the servers your data is stored on, how that storage is secured, and how long information is retained - is operated by QANT Pty Ltd on our behalf, within Australia.

Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics is cookieless. Any cookies that are set are strictly necessary for the site or its bot-protection to work.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message.
- Complain if you think we have mishandled your data - including to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us, or as long as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the course and our services develop. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above.
