Last updated: July 2026 · Governing law: Australia
Under development. These terms are being finalised and will be updated with the full detail when the course launches. In the meantime, the terms below govern your use of this website.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Become a Loan Processor website at becomealoanprocessor.com.au (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Become a Loan Processor, based in Australia. You can reach us through our contact form or at hello@becomealoanprocessor.com.au.
2. Using this website
You may use the Site for your own personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse it - for example by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
3. Training only - not financial or credit advice
Become a Loan Processor is an educational training product. Its content is general information to help you build job-ready skills. It is not financial advice, credit advice, legal advice, or a credit or broking licence, and completing any course or quiz does not guarantee employment or any particular outcome. Always confirm current industry requirements with the relevant bodies (such as the MFAA, FBAA and ASIC).
4. The course and enrolment
The Site currently promotes an upcoming course and lets you join a waitlist. Enrolment, pricing, billing and the terms that apply to paid access will be set out here in full when the course opens. Joining the waitlist places you under no obligation.
5. Intellectual property
The content on this Site - text, graphics, logos, and course materials - belongs to Become a Loan Processor or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute it without our permission, except as allowed by law.
6. Third-party services
The Site relies on third-party services (for example hosting, bot protection, and email delivery) and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites; their own terms and policies apply.
7. Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on its general information.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the course and our services develop. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
